Abraham Maslow, PhD, developed Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs to explain that humans must take care of their most basic needs before they can reach the highest level of self-actualization. Once they have reached self-actualization, another stage was later added called transcendence which is the ability to help others self-actualize. At Potential Quest, Inc. we are dedicated to helping our clients and their organizations self-actualize so that they can help others in their organization or lives self-actualize as well.
